LoadGameInfo() failed

I have make a ticket for it but can't look in ticket give error.

When i start game get LoadGameInfo() Faild error.
But sometimes i can start the game and other times not.
Windows XP SP3

Don't cry my men its very easy just loaded again the latest patch 30zip into the dr files then u will not having this problem because i also having this matter before so i can help ya with this tq
