Tell Proacker thanks for me and Thanks for the message to yourself kind sir but I do not understand how to fix the problem -.- and I've been patiently trying to fix this matter for the past 2 days and nights and I'm getting quite frustrated =[[[ but thanks !! if anyone can provide any information to me to fix Windows Live One Care or whatever it'll help because the game still doesn't work =[

I've never seen 'windows live one care' so I can't help you with that and I don't know if that's your problem. You should probably contact proacker for that, I'll message you his email.
What you can also try is opening ports on your router.
This is usually done by typing "http://192.168.1.1" in the address bar of your browser. Then you'll have to login.
After that you should find a security button somewhere and then go to firewall (this is different per router, so you'll have to look around). The ports you should open/forward to your computer are tcp ports 5000, 9001 and 9004 (someone correct me if I'm wrong). You can also use Google to find out how you can open ports on your specific router.

I'd like to extend a special thanks to Kamos, Proacker and Karvinen all for their help and time on this topic. I FINALLY got it to work! Proactiv was right about the Windows Live One care. I guess with all your guys help it shows that the only way a Windows Vista user can play DRGlobal is by deleting Windows live one care... Thanks to GM's for the support and help also.!!

When I went to add/remove programs, Windows live was not there, so just incase someone else is experiencing these problems, I want to put the site where I found the Windows Live One Care removal utility.

I can't bro it deleted Windows Firewall along with Windows Defender and all that good windows 'save your computer illiterate life's ass' lol but I just downloaded Kaspersky so I think im in the clear! Thanks dude! if anyone is making new characters please add YungRich to friends list . Im a Yllsinian. hehe.
