help please

i need help some thing is messed up with my dr i get on and 5 mine later it crashes and i have to do it all over again and the same thing happens again and ive reset the comp and turned it off and downloaded and redownloaded the patch but nothing is working

Not really sure of any issues.

Try resetting your internet connection.
