Can't download patch/update

I'm having trouble updating... I guess is your host... cause I'm downloading very well from other hosts. And from DR's website the speed is 99B/s ._. I tryed to run the updater.exe but it is stuck in 5%!

Anyone can update the .rar in rapidshare, 4shared or megaupload?
