Entry Point Not Found?!?!

i have no idea wtf this is, im trying to start to play this again but i get THIS error, and dont tell me to re dowload bc i did.. 5 times..

try install the .net framework first

did u install the visual c++ redistributed package?

Unintall dragonraja global
go to my computer>hdd>programs click on the dragonraja global delete the folder
Then Install it again
