Hi, Im considering a return to DR after a few years. I'm wondering which nation would be a better fit for me, I am from South America, I speak spanish, but I speak enough english to speak to people. Which nation would be better for me?

Also, I had a few characters lv 100+, but I want to start over. I enjoy the lvling. I'd use my old charcters (if I find the usernames/passwords) to make rares mainly.
