It's an anime, but it's quite kiddy... xD They are humans and have powers and what not, quite like Sailor Moon, but they're just a bit younger, and they turn into half animals, so they'd have ears and and tails and blah. :oops:

It used to be on really early in the morning on a kid's channel here... Looked like the kinda thing that 12 year old girls or 50 year old men might be into.
