Afk lvling,macros,vmware etc it's fine, just pk off on all Netreul maps which will stop this cat and dog fighting.

The OUTDATED rules does clearly state that it isn't harassment if the party doesn't attempt to move to another pit in order to avoid pk but cmon dude some pits are only optimal for Macro leveling which most parties has came down to these days.
The Harassment rules needs rework since the state of DR as changed. Either way, constant Leveling PK is only a sign that the game lacks enough content to keep its end game players occupied SMH.
Hopefully with GMSP having more time this would help eradicate this annoying issue.
