There aren't very many around that have many active players in them.. I know ZT speaks english but they are selective

Zyp has a very low active population (nearly no one on except for quest/war) with quite a few english speaking guilds
Vys has a moderate active population with it being split 3 ways between english, tw, and br
Yllse has a large active population but i believe they have the fewest people who speak english. Though i could be wrong about that
