Wind Skill Charging (teleport slash)

2 bugs with this skill
1: if u use it and start to run (it has a short time after cast b4 it teleports u) it will telelport u far off in that direction (if u tele up and run up ull go WAY up) this can cause u to get stuck inside a tree or in walls etc "i know ive done it >.<
2: when u kill your target using this skill u may become stuck, u can run around but your character auto run back to where u were when u killed ur target, potting doesnt fix the bug only relogging does and it doesnt ALWAYS fix it when u recent log
can these be fixed :S the skill isnt bad if it doesnt bug up on u
