GM answer to the problem as said on 27 of may
Dear Player,
From your and other reports it seems this bug only occurs when nation Y wins the war and players of nation X who are in nation's Y maps are teleported back to their own town and somehow miss their reward. So to avoid this from happening you should move to your home town when you're in an enemy map and about to lose until we fix this bug.
