Cant equip snowball

hi,
just now the snow war...
at first, the snow ball can be equipped,
after when the 1st snow ball used up,
i cannot equip other snow balls anymore, it become red color status.. by right it should be blue then can equip..
i have to relog... each time my snow ball used up!!!!!
my guildmate also have the same problem.
please solveee this problem...
