New Fishing Crash Thread... No one is answering other one...

Yeah... sup ppl... This is Bellthazar from Yllse... I decided to start a new thread about this "Crashing while Fishing for sturgeon" since no one is replying or posting useful information about it... The toon in the pictures is my Aunts Toon cause shes the GM fisher... and the information after is also from the same toon while fishing... I gathered as much information of the crash as possible. ALSO the crash also occurs when fishing in other sturgeon spots in sedless. The one in the picture is just one of many... I can get any where between 15-30 nets of fish in before it crashes... usually... sometimes more, sometimes less...

me and my girlfriend are both getting the same error, but we got it from lvl 15

we got the fish for the first quest,
went and learned the small octopus item

and went back fishing

and now it crashes very often in different areas of Barantan and Seddless when fishing.

I've gotten over 100 fish, and not one small octopus,
same with my girlfriend

maybe it's crashing when i'm supposed to be catching a small octopus?

should it be that hard to catch those??

btw, i've tried 3 different computers, with totally different hardware.
2 with windows 7 ultimate 64bit, and 1 with windows xp sp3 32bit

i've tried compatabilty and/or run as administrator, with/without sound, nothing helps

how do you proceed in fishing? it's my fav skill....

no worries adam, it works, but sometimes you got a crash. but for sure you can proceed you sometimes will say
"f*** this and f*** that" but you will be succeed. I'm almost GM \o/

how u get small octopus? I have gotten over 300 fish, and still not one small octopus....
do i need to fish somewhere special?

You have to find fisher salesman (the man that you bought your rod) then you have to click on "Learn Item" you will find octopus there, and everything you need to be a fisher.

i did the learn item for small octopus, like i said up above, but still not getting them 300 fish later.

i am fishing with rod in Barantan and Seddless

is there a special place to catch them? do i need a different fishing rod or something?

is it that u fish and get fish and once in a while get a small octopus?

wish the quest would have explained more, like go learn skill, and fish over here, and use rod.

i got skill, cuz i remembered seeing it. and already had rod, and checked website about fishing to see wether it said rod or net. it said rod. but now what? all i catch is fish.
