the % go by the pixel movement of the bar and how much of its filled, as you can tell that bar is completely filled, there is not another bar movement that can fit, so technically your bar is 100% filled, but that you just havent grown a new tts yet, the next time your bar changes, it will be empty, therefore this isnt really a bug

._. it's the same thing with the percentage counter on the level exp bar, but it's not such a big deal
I think when you have 99.5% or more exp, it's rounded to 100
This doesn't need urgent fixing imo
