Merchant Permit

It would seem Merchant Permits do not work.
(Unless I am using it wrong... this is my first time using one. I assume it is just a cheaper way to visit other nations.)

it has been reported in the past and nothing has been done about this yet. merchant permit are cheaper cuz they're merchants. i'd like it to be fixed aswell. and i even want it taken to a higher lvl that merchants in zyp and vys can visit eachothers nations aswell then

Merchant permits fixed and Grand Mastering jobs not accepting stacked items is fixed. Will be implemented into the game soon
