i hv the same problem as Within16letters
and after this quest, i went to the 2nd new fame quest givere (in Easter wanen) and he said "i am too great to speak with someone like you" so i guesse we need to or finish the first npc or maybe there's a bug?
edit : nvm, the 2nd quest is proly d1+ only
