Dragon Raja Global

While I was making rares my internet connection fell. When I logged back I continued to make my rares, but I noticed the rare I was making while my internet fell dissapeared.

Is it possible to regain that rare?

I know its a personal problem because my internet fell, but still, if possible I would like it back =/

I dont know the Gm's names, so i coudnt send mail, can I have a reply here please?

Account name and Character name it happened on
The Bug
The rare item that dissapeared if possible
The approximate date and time of occurance if possible

if u realy lost ur items, i suggest u make a ticket about this.

seems weird that u lose smt from losing your internet tho... things should still be saved on the server when u dc (wich has been like that for years)
