Starcrest quest possibly bugged?

On part II I entered and never received the pop up. I relogged to make sure and did quest on before and after entering and still no pop up. I even killed 30 HH just to make sure without the counter and couldn't enter the portal.

i did sc 3 days ago and it was fine. i do type /quest on every time i got on new floor and walk like 1 cord at a time to be sure i dont miss pop up. not sure if it helps or not

I tried that but nothing popped up. Did you only do one half at a time though? I did it up till the bone, quit for the night and tried the next day as the GM said you could do that. I did /quest on before entering and after and no pop up even after I did 1 tile.

i myself did it all at once, but i heard others doing it in 2 parts more then once

I did everything I can think of and I don't get a pop up. I do /quest on before entering. Do the chant, enter. Do /quest on again. Then I walk one tile all the way down the back up and no pop up. No idea on why I don't get that so I can get a counter.

go back and try taking to the knight npc. Happened to me once and it was 'cause I didn't finish listening to his speech.

I did that and he said don't forget the chant however maybe that wasn't the ending idk. I'm willing to try anything at this point.

the ending is when he completly stops talking

Make sure u do /quest on before saying password to get in 2nd part of SC.
