People who are bugged with alchemy and candlemaking

Candlemaking had a bug that gave 5 mining levels instead of 5 candlemaking for the lvl 65 quest.
Alchemy had a missing quest step (level 65 quest) which is fixed for new players but not for people who skipped it.
