I heard (supposedly was ment to happen a week ago) that all graded rares would have a 100% chance (with the exception of double rares)

As of right now, after the maint the rate of G5 is still at 50%
Is that intended or was it forgotten again? I'd like to know asap, so I can decide on waiting for it to be "corrected" or just take the chance and get it over with.

Looking into this. Please hold off on trying to combine them. GMSignpainter is MIA once again.

Ok, I have talked with GMSignpainter. He said it is 100% success rate server side, but in order for the % to change client side, we will need a patch. So you are safe to combine your rares. We will have a patch in the near future to fix it client side.
