Tailoring quests bug

2 of the 3 locations for tailoring is bug at VYS.. it does'nt work for me.. only the 1 that request 20 pizzas or hambergars work for me only.. the other 2 does'nt work for me. i brough wat they asked and they accetped but my tailoring lvl won't go up...HELP me up GM..
