asks me for 25 leophys sword i devlived but he wont accpe

Did you log off and on AFTER making [any of] them?
If you did, the NPC will see those items as NPC bought rather than crafted.
TIP: Always making sure you have all materials on hand before you craft any items.
[that tends to be the problem with these quests at least]

the last 1 is in the 2nd bag slot and no i didnt relog
