Unable to take new mentor after graduate

Hello. I'm here to report about the bug that I'm experiencing currently on s39. after I've graduated from my old mentor on HD level, I can't take a new mentor. I've tried to wait for a day after the graduation but I still I'm unable to can. I've tried to take new mentor on 2 people but the results are the same. the system says that I'm currently still with my old mentor thus the new mentor couldn't take me as his new apprentice even though he have slots left. Please do fix it because i don't my apprentice point to go waste on item that has limitation. Thank you.
