Bugs at S-68 server

Three problems faced at s-68 server of Dragon Raja SEA.
1) Translation feature is not working on world chat, team chat, club chat.
2) We cannot use CD-KEY feature because it is not available at our settings.
3)There is a problem with "Leader's Query" anecdote. Whenever we try to sit on the principal's chair and click 'look around', a message pop-up says "Quest Error".
