Mail ingame is stuck for days.

Hello, I have an issue on my account for days now. Ever since I changed my class, my mail has been stuck. The little icon is always visible on my screen and I cannot open it, nor it vanishes. Also, once I try to open my mail through "social" it still doesn't work. I hope you can help me. Thank you
