about combat skill (warrior) - lighting boom

as title...
found it as some bug with this skill- lighting boom, while attacking local war
normally this runs as 1 hit + splash damage, no matter on mobs or stones in
local war/ castle wars.
Yet during these days found it bug that this skill only with normal hit damage
without splash damage while hitting on stones.
might plz GM check it ... and great thanks.
