Wrong selling of my item,and forgetting of my secondary code.

I have sold a grade 5 dagger by mistake,please help me get back,selling time is 2018/09/17 6:55 am.A few days ago I‘ve send a ticket，but I mistake my character name by DragonRealm,the correct character name is DrangonRealm,because the ticket has not been replied，so I send a post here，please help me to get it back.
Another question is I forget my secondary code，how can I get back or change it，wish to be told.
