the quest npc for herb digging is bugged, before i bought quest npc was telling me he needs 22 crystals and 5 iron ignots, gm please fix

The herb digging NPC , the one in the screenshoot , teach you to lvl the skill.
Its Bugged , always asked the same quest that the Mining NPC wants daily.
If u complete the mining daily quest, the Herb digger NPC tolds u he dont need anymore for today.
If u complete the herb digging NPC Quest ( same as mining quest ) , the herb digging NPC and the mining NPC tolds you that they dont need anymore for today. Looks like that those 2 NPC are working like 1. Same NPC in 2 positions. Please fix this , i cant lvl herb digging .
