Dragon Raja Global

Hi there,
I killed the first 20 hellhounds in 20 minutes, then stood on top of the portal to wait to be sent to the second location, but nothing happened. I got sent back to the NPC so I started over and killed another 20 hellhounds and walked around the portal to try different angles but still. Could somebody help me with this please? I had a counter working and the quest window when I entered the dungeon =(
