My Tailoring got rolled back from 50 to 3. I try to do tailoring now and won't give me quest.

I even made the 1st quest items and tried to give them thinking maybe that would work, but nothing.

Yes, I have 50 butchering also.

Can fix this please?

Would appreciate some Feedback on this.
