GM said OX quest NPCs were going to stay permanently but I don't see them anymore

We never said that. We only said we will have similar, but yet different, quests coming.

Here you said it's coming back permanently. The Christmas quest was the OX quest irrc, no?

Poor choice of words from us. We just meant quests very similar to the OX event ones would come, not the event ones (would be silly to have permanent Halloween and xmas quests ).
