I am trying to become a GM by doing the butcher GM requirement, so I brought 35 Mujina skins, 15 Manscorpion armors and 1 million crit and talked to the NPC at Helternt (175.60). He wouldn't ask me the GM quest despite my butcher level is 99. I am not sure if this is a bug or I have to do something else before becoming a GM?

What level is your character?

I am lv 82. I just figured out why. For GM, I have to go to (274, 59) in Helternt to register instead of going to the GM quest npc. Thank you so much for your fast reply!

No problem .
I guess NPC should tell where to go once you've reached 99.99.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR REGISTER A GM:

1º raise lvl 99, once you make that make another quest.
2º once you make that quest RRRRREEEEEELLLLLOOOOOGGGGGG « if you dont do it the NPC wont allow you to register the gm xD
3º once you relog you will see 99, and the green bar on the job will be fulled with green colour!
4º go talk with the npc to register the GM and Congratulations!!!!
