No PWP gain when attacking at these coordinates.

When I was attacking at the coordinates 187, 72, I was gaining no PWP for attacking the stone. When I moved further away, PWP gain worked as normal. Is this intended or a bug?

Was this on Beta server? Or Live Server?

Live server, not beta server. Oops. Definitely dealt enough damage as I gained PWP at other coordinates.
