i cant get exp from mining. I cant get any exp from mining. cant up the lv for mining skill also.. i keep mining for 10 mins. still lv5. is it a bug for mining this job?

can only up job lvls by doing quests. the quest npc of the job can be found near the place of the job. (for example a mining quest npc will be found near a mining field.)
