Tailor Quest Bug [10 Grave Cloaks - 5 Leather Armors]

I'm currently doing a tailor daily quest that askes me to craft [10 Grave Cloaks and 5 Leather Armors]
The NPC doesn't seem to accept them.

[Yes these are ALL crafted by myself.]
I've even made extras just incase.

I really want to get this quest done.

Again, today I tried to do it again hoping it was fixed. Same problem... NPC just wont accept the items I made.

I even made 20 Grave Cloaks (80 Scorpion Scales wasted[I want it done badly!]) and 10 Leather Armors.
I also even made 10 of every armor with the word "Leather" in it. None of it worked.
