Venom dungeon 3 bugged crashed, dont working ATM

i want to inform this, ppl from vys advise me and i go test myself, is seems crashed, and once you try to entrace the char bugged forced to relog and spawn on vd 2 floor

also you cant enter directly.

hope could fixed!!! many new blood are too impatient to to arribe then!

Ive found an issue when i take in more than one char in VD and for example tab out one (tank) now when i switch back to that character, the game crashes in either all client or some and i can see a random window pop up - like empty merchant board/guild warehouse etc or even some weird ingame window i have not seen before.
Even chars logged from different computer got this issue.
I will post some screens when i get back home
