like tittle says, the local wars seems bugged, they simple dont start, and if you try to get in with pressing X nothing happend !!!

seems it happend since this monday 22

its actually been happening longer last week Wednesday and Tuesday i recall had same issues lost chance at 48 df so far =O maybe more if there are wars i couldn't have attended
