Searched the Bug Reports for this topic, and i didnt found any related to this Big issue.

Buffs are showing as active when them are not really there, but... others players will see your real state. (Big counter plays comes here).

Please fix this hughe problem.

After years of playing this game, this is something that would be awesome if it was fixed. I'm confident to say that 25% of my deaths are because of this. Maybe that's why it's not fixed!?! Just kidding.

Since if u go out of the screen, and come back, u will see the correct buffs on a person, should not be hard to fix, or maybe it's intended anonying thing
