now we can't make new account

I heard this from new user in korea
He made a new account yesterday and played
Today He brought one of his friend and they wanted to play together.
but his friend couldn't make new account
He said that he wrote all information to make account, and when he clicked the benner of register this error massage show up 'could not found soket'
So i tried to make new account and i also experienced the same problem.
You should fix this problem ASAP
