hey i went to war at 20 server time and had to be somewhere and didn't get to turn in rewards till just now but i cant. is this on purpose i mean cant we have a grace period of at least 5 hours to turn in for rewards rather than when server time resets ?

You should be able to get your rewards anytime.
If you weren't able, that means something went possibly wrong.

Can you makje a ticket with as much information as possible?

I think he is referring to yesterdays war witch we lost. I had 417pwp on my warrior but also did not receive anything

Looser should still get fame/DF. 400PWP should be enough for at least 1DF.

I will have a look at it during maintenance.

I had the same problem but I figure it out, whenever the new server day starts you can't get your reward from the war anymore, I remember when the war started at 22:00:00 ST before they updated the time for it, whenever I was there just by myself I was getting 1000/1000 PWP by hitting the stone, then usually I was waiting for the war to be over to get my reward, by the time the war was over it was already 00:00:00 ST, meaning new server day just started, and that's when the problem appears.
