Second password is bug? I wanted to know because it does not use other password beyond what I'm trying.

It shouldn't, perhaps you've forgotten it. What are you trying to do, delete a character?
Anyway, I suggest you to open a ticket regarding your secondary password if it does not work.

Problem solved.

Player was inputing wrong 2nd password.
That blank message should be replaced with a "Invalid 2nd Password" message in upcomming patchs.
- If I replyed to your ticket, I will work on it until It is done. But keep in mind I can't solve most of them. In that case, I gotta request admins to work on it.
