blitz quest no exp?

i just did the quest and it said i got the exp to my weapon which i made sure it was on like i said it said it did yet im still sitting at the same tt when i turned it in

cuz 100 tt doesn get leech exp til i gets 101 ?

No, that doesn't affect the exp quest (but that's indeed another bug I need to fix)
