I cannot See Any "words/Typing" inside the game

Hi im not sure im posting in a right section but i actually cannot see any words/typing language , not a single words in the game i can see
when i login to game what i see is "##########################" <-- shud be words but it came out in this way anyone could help me out?

i already get my latest update but yet problem still occur

as u can see on the 2nd pic the writing become like ########## and it goes all the way to the left

Try playing in another resolution, that should fix the issue for you.
We'll try to fix it in a future update.
