Dear admin team,
I know you are working hard, and I imagine you are dealing with the problems one by one, but what is with this preferential restorage? Why do some people get dealt with much quicker than those who have opened a ticket a while ago?
We all are equal users, and we all equally love this game. We ALL have the equal right to demand for the same treatment upon server errors (or any other types of errors), and we will ALL sincerely appreciate your time and effort on this matter.
Please, by all means, deal with them (the tickets) one by one, but please get back to us - we feel the communication is the key.
