Item bugged

I would like to report a bug of my character which happened at around ST September 2, 2014 13:00.(server time) .
My game ID is "LoveWorld". My g9 distant hat is gone, i just The left mouse button click it in Bar items inside.
Please let me know if any other information I have to provide to you in order to facilitate this bug fixing.
