Quest d4 bug

I had done 6 or 7 quests to d4. Today I deliver another quest (8) and had cleared the quest I had already delivered.
I started the quest again and have already delivered 3 more.
You can verify this for me? With these quests have handed over today I would have completed 10 quest, but I'm only 3.

I had this issue before, it seems if you talk with other dual quest givers, you may bug to reset the current dual quest. So try to avoid it next time
The dual quests you done before will credit back to you if GM confirmed ^^

Ya don't talk with other dual quest givers.
Like you are now doing quests from hege guy, so don't go click the arena guy or WG guy.

only need 8 more quests to finish the quest for D4.
this was the amount lost with the bug!
