We've been scammed by players in that past who claimed were playing an account, and the original owner was unreachable. We then gave rights to the account to that current user, but afterwards it turned out that the original owner did not want that, and was very much alive. Therefore, if someone is playing on an account that was shared or given to him/her, we request permission from the original account owner to transfer the account or reset passwords for the active playing user. In this case, the original owner -according to the ticket submission- cannot be contacted. Seeing our history, we have to keep our policy on not just handing out those accounts without permission.
