Bug!! D5 is coming soon??

I have already finished 1-7 quests (The 2nd one tablet on my screenshot, " III ") and was going to solve #8 quests (DF) after winning the war.
The tablet become "IV" and re-do the dual quests.
I tried to solve the quests again (DF again) in a few days ago, still not fixed the bug for me......(The 1st one tablet "IV")
D5 is coming? but I am still D3....is it giving me a chance to promote d5 directly?..haha
GMs, pls help!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just open 2 screenshot and take a picture that easy for you guys see what's problem i have. It is not simply a bug which missing all quests only.

He means: did you actually take a picture of your screen (with a camera) in stead of using F12 (Printscreen button) ?
That was really stupid, but who cares... I hope GMs may help you.
