cpu loading bug

cpu loading bug

Version: Client Update 63
Status: Full Screen
Environment: VirtualBox, Windows XP, 32bit Color
Bug: type Alt + Tab(switch to desktop), cpu loading higher than normal around 3 times
(its just 0-5% CPU Loading(type Alt + Tab) before)

Please fix, thanks.
