Seems Arena matches doesn't team up anyone.
The only match that I got added into was Limbo VS Jesse... 1 vs 1.... didn't even have a team...

It's weird, cause yesterday me (on Fayen and Sorts), Symtex, Tartarus, joined the queue for a 2 vs 2 Match, I also whispered Fathertime to tell his guildmates to join the 2 vs 2 queue, so it's not an impossible thing to gather 4 people in the waiting queue, nothing happend so I assume it's still broken, correct me if I'm wrong. ty

I know when you relog or go to a different character, the icon in the top right still shows. I believe there is a bug in this case as well.
Also, what are the requirements to get a match going?

Well the opponents have to be loged and join the queue. It's weird it doesn't work tho... I will do some debuging on it today.
